Favorite Player: The team I am coaching now is full of them.

Favorite Team:  My current club team and when they're not playing, then it would be the US Men's National squad.

Most rewarding thing about coaching youth soccer:  Over the years, seeing how the players develop on and off the field.  Helpling them understand that the game teaches you more about life than soccer.

Interests outside of coaching soccer:  Family time, playing hockey, watching top-flight soccer, reading and keeping in shape.
